Someone has leaked U2’s album a week early - their own record label. I think someone is for the chop after the Australian wing of Universal put up high quality digital versions of the album on the website Getmusic.au two weeks before the album was due to be released.

I can’t help but laugh - welcome to the new world Bono! Are U2 going to do a Metalica and have a hissy fit, or will they be stoic and have a Zen-like Thom Yorke reaction that leads them into some new level of fan-band relationship.

Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the album is shit.
